Remote support this allows us to connect with your desktop so that we can assist you solving your problem.  For remote service to work you must still have High Speed access to the internet, dial-up is too slow.

Single Incident/Support
non-virus related:  $69.95

Subscription Help Desk will have discounted rates or no-fee support based on subscription service chosen.

Managed Antivirus $3.50 per month. We monitor and manage your quarantine. No included support hours, Additionaly when appropriate you will recieve proactive emails as we monitor you antivirus activity.
